Services

This package provides you with up to 30 hours of planning expertise and coordination support which can be customized to best suit your needs. As your planner, we will review vendor contracts and follow up with vendors to ensure all prior arrangements and contract inclusions are observed. Additionally, we will develop an event itinerary for the event and email it to all vendors for seamless communication. We will accompany you to the final site visit of the reception and ceremony venues. We will be present on the date of your event to provide oversight and manage concerns and issues that may arise.
